The Sunny Family Home by the Beach is a detached family home only 200 m away from various organized beaches on the Limassol Seafront. It is also just a few steps away from the Public Gardens and the Zoo. The house offers a green patio where guests can have breakfast, aperitif and dinner in a private, quiet green garden. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with complimentary linen, pillows, bath towels with AC in all three of them. The main bathroom has been fully renovated in February 2022, has a rain shower and a large bathtub. There is also a smaller toilet with wash-basin. A well equipped kitchen with a family-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, coffee-machine, toaster gives guests the flexibility to cook and enjoy their meals at home either in an air-conditioned dining room or in the patio. The TV room is also air-conditioned and comfortable equipped with a smart TV (Netflix) and some cable channels. Guests will enjoy a free WIFI in all the spaces of the house as well as free street parking directly outside the front door.
We are Lucia (60) (a university professor of Psychology), Roxanne (27) (an archaeologist) and Elli (26) (a professional translator). We are a very sociable family who loves to travel! Between the three of us we speak fluently Greek, English, German, Italian and Spanish! Currently we live in Limassol and Athens. We look forward to your stay at our family home , we will be happy to give "tips" on how to enjoy your stay in Limassol!
Our neighborhood is very centrally located but safe and quiet at night. Many coffee shops (Starbucks, Costa) kebab shops, international cuisine restaurants (Fridays, Chinese, Sushi) are only a very short walk away. Public transportation to the east or the west coastal area of Limassol is available, the bus stop is just 150 meters away from the house. We are right next to the Public Gardens and Zoo of Limassol. The distance to the Limassol Mall is only 12 kilometers - you can get the bus or drive there. The Limassol Archaeological Museum is about 400 meters away. The beautiful Limassol Old Port area and the Marina are about 1,5 km away - you can walk there or take the bus close to our house for a nice meal or a drink.
