Property information

This villa is characterised by stunning sea views, spacious living area, three bedrooms and satellite TV. It has two bedrooms on the upper level and one bedroom on the lower level, all with built in wardrobes. In the lower level there is bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom upstairs and toilet with shower room downstairs. Villa is fully equipped, flat screen and satellite TV, washing machine, air-conditioners, big veranda and a balcony. The lounge area is furnished with a lovely, comfortable sofa that can seat up to 6 persons. The very stylish and modern kitchen has built-in cupboards, electric hob/oven, full fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. The dining area has an elegant dining table with seating for six. A guest WC with washbasin and a shower room is situated next to the stairs. This modern villa is definitely the perfect place to spend those summer days in the sun. Enjoy the evening in the resort centre which has plenty of action for all ages. The lovely location of the villa and the high standard furnishing make this villa an excellent choice for holidays. This villa is perfect decorated.

Neighbourhood information

It is located in ‘only seconds’ from the main street of Protaras – Long and sandy beach at Flamingo Bay is only 100 meters away. As with all beaches in Cyprus, access to the public is free, whilst bed and umbrella hire is chargeable. Protaras has clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay. Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km (6 mi) southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs and associated facilities. Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras, and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island.
