Think about a detached private villa with a big swimming pool and a large outdoor space in the heart of Latchi; This is the place to visit! With all services just a few meters away and the beach just 5 minutes’ walk, in combination with all the house amenities and comfort, we can surely say that our home is a must visit for singles, couples and families. Featuring a modern living room and a big kitchen, you can enjoy a breakfast with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa’s two bedrooms can provide tranquility and some relaxing moments for your vacations. Think no other. A must place to stay in Latchi!
Our mission is to provide guests the best possible experience. Our team, from the host to housekeeping and technical crew, will be by your side during your stay. We create tourism by giving our guests the best possible service and providing them all the necessary information about Polis and Latchi.
Our home is situated just 200 meters from Latchi Marina. In the Marina you can enjoy all kind of food in many restaurants and taverns. Featuring various shops and all touristic services like supermarket, restaurants, boat rentals, cruises and sea activities, all in walking distance from the house. From the Marina, you can take the Blue Lagoon cruise and swim in the most famous Cypriot Beach.
