Cosy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, 100m from the beach, situated within the quiet and family friendly area of Ayia Thekla, just on the outskirts of the resort of Ayia Napa. The villa is fully equipped (fiber optic wifi, satellite channels in most languages, PS3 with games) and air conditioned throughout for a comfortable stay.
