It is a large Villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool. It is just 200 metres from the beach and coastline. The generously proportioned garden and pool are beautifully fenced and private. The fully air-conditioned hotel features a large open-plan living room and kitchen with large sofas overlooking satellite TV, as well as a patio with access to the Mature garden and pool. The dining area is adjacent to the modern and well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher). On the ground floor there is a very nice bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs leads to 2 bedrooms which are again of good size, with two single beds which can become king size and a bathroom (with bath and shower). The large balcony on the first floor offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. This is a great area to sit in peace and quiet, have Breakfast or coffee, relax and enjoy the Cypriot sun. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is included in the rental price. The outdoor pool shower is designed for comfort and cooling on hot summer days.
