The property is situated in Kapparis 200m from 2 beaches, one with an excellent bar overlooking the sea. The property is a modern 3 bed villa, with new flooring downstairs and new air conditioning. The property has a modern kitchen with everything you will need your holiday, including the biggest pool on the complex. Don't worry about getting water on your way to the villa, we supply a free welcome pack.
We have owned the villa for 15 years and update it every year. We like it to look the same as the photographs if not better. I work in the telecoms industry in the UK and will make sure we are on hand for your questions. Please contact me if you have any questions.
200m from 2 beaches, 800m from the bars and restaurants and the restaurants are very good in Kapparis. Yet the villa and the complex are peaceful and quiet. The estate is a mixture of short and long term lets with about half of the building being lived in full time.
