We offer a 2+1 apartment near the Budějovická metro station - it's only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The apartment has been renovated and is fully equipped. It is very bright and quiet, so it is an ideal place for a couple or friends who want to enjoy the city, but at the same time have a quiet place to sleep or work. There are a number of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment, which you will have all to yourself, includes: - 2x room with double bed 160x200 - dining table and 4 chairs (2 chairs are foldable so they don't take up so much space) - Bathroom with shower and toilet - Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, kettle and Tchibo coffee machine. There is also salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. - Smart TV - Hair dryer - Washing gel for body and hands, shampoo - Bed linen and towels - Wifi The apartment has a view outside the busy streets, so there is absolute peace.

Budějovická metro station is located 2 minutes from the house, so you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. Parking is possible in front of the house for a fee.
