Apartmány se nachází v rodinném domě na pěší zóně v centru města. Každý apartmán je v jiném patře, které má host pouze pro sebe a má tak absolutní soukromí a klid. Apartmán v 1. patře je velký třípokojový byt s výhledem na pěší zónu a lze v něm ubytovat společnost až šesti lidí ( bez přistýlek) , zatímco apartmán v podkroví má podobu velké , romantické garsoniery se střešními okny a původním trámoví , vhodný pro dvojici , nebo pár s dítětem ( bez přistýlky). Zdatnému řidiči s průměrně velkým autem lze nabídnout parkování na dvoře domu. Jinak je parkování zdarma na komunikaci cca 300 m od domu ( o víkendech zdarma přímo u domu, cca 20m)
Majitel bydlí přímo v domě , ve druhém patře a je tak hostům víceméně stále k dispozici. Podniká ve více oborech. Jeho koníčkem je hudba a v tomto duchu je koncipována i výzdoba společných prostor domu.
Ve městě Louny je známý kostel u kterého je možný výstup na věžní ochoz s výhledem na vrchovinu. V okolí je řada cyklostezek, přehrada Nechranice, rogallisty oblíbený vrch Raná nebo proslulý dub Oldřicha a Boženy. cca 20 minut jízdy autem je na jedné straně město Žatec se svým Chrámem piva a na opačné straně město Most s restaurací a vyhlídkou z hradu Hněvín, město bez náměstí (!) , ale s legendárním kostelem, který byl z důvodů těžby uhlí přesunut po kolejích na jiné místo. V bezprostřední blízkosti jsou pak k vidění šachty povrchových dolů, což je skutečný zážitek, a nad nimi mediálně známý zámek Jezeří
