To make your stay easy and contactless, we use a self-check-in system. According to Czech law, you need to send us a copy of your valid ID card or passport before arrival. This is necessary for guest registration and legal requirements. Please send a scanned copy or a photo of your document through our electronic reception before your arrival. This will help us make your check-in smooth and without personal contact. If you do not send your ID after making a reservation, check-in will not be possible.
