the apartment is on the first floor of a family house. It offers 2 spacious rooms. One has a kitchen area where guests can prepare breakfast or dinner. Equipment: electric cooker, kettle, fridge, coffee machine. basic dishes are a matter of course. A dining table for 4 people is used for sitting. There is also a large bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and bidet, sink. There is a TV in one room. this room is suitable for use as a living room and the second room as a bedroom for relaxation. the rooms are walk-through. Very suitable for families with children. WiFi connection, to borrow books for children as well. for a fee, it is possible to use a bar with drinks and a washing machine for washing clothes. 1 wish 5 euros. The owner of the house does not live on the floor, the guests are alone. whatever is needed will be provided via message at the guest's request. Apartment Rose offers peace and quiet. near the city of Brno. at the bus and train stop. 15 minutes on foot to the tram. very beautiful for walks, forests and cycle paths nearby.
Newly reconstructed apartment Rose will accomodate you in nice clean environment close to Brno.
