Property information

A brand new non-smoking house for a family vacation (one family in an apartment, the whole house is designed for two families with kids, friends, couples). Finished on the beginning of 2022. Two identic two-floor apartments located next to each other in the house. Two bedrooms in each apartment on the top floor, each equipped with a double bed and closet with drawers. Main space on the ground floor - living room, kitchenette (fully equipped with dishes and appliances - oven, dishwasher, refrigirator, microwave, a big wooden table with six chairs). Foldable couch in the living room. Bathroom with a shower, toilette and sink in each apartment, situated between the bedrooms on the top floor. Toilette and sink on the ground floor, next to the hallway. Underfloor heating in the living room and kitchenette with a remote control (we heat it up before guests arrive). Heaters in each bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. A separate technical room which is accessible from the outside of the house. There is a washing machine in there and it is further designed as a storage for your sport equipment (bikes, skies). WiFi in the house. Crib and baby bathtub available upon request. You'll receive more details, incl. self chech-in requirements, in a welcome message from us after your booking. Deposit of EUR 125 or CZK 3 000 is due before your arrival via a wire transfer to our account (see the welcome message). We'll send back the deposit after guests leave and we check the apartment (we have returned deposits in full so far). We do not accept cash deposits in order to keep privacy of our guests, for hygienic and sanitary reasons as well as for transparency purposes.

Neighbourhood information

Ideal position between two ski resorts in Dolní Morava municipality, a smaller "Větrný vrch" on the side of Morava river valley where our house is, and the "main" ski resort "Sněžník" on the opposite valley side with a "Sky Walk" that you can see from the apartment. The house is placed on a higher spot in the Morava river valley in a peaceful area with nature "within reach of your hand", far from tourists at ski slopes that are within a walking distance from the house though. Arrival, parking: You can reach the house from both directions via a public asphalt road that is maintained also during the winter but still we recommend snow chains when the road is covered by snow or ice since the house is in mountains. There is a sufficient parking space in front of the house for more cars. Food You can prepare you own food in fully equipped kitchenette in the house or you can use restaurants around the ski resort "Sněžník" (ski lift "U slona" - "Terezka" pizza, restaurant "Na rozcestí", ... ) that you can walk to from the house. Amusement The house is placed in the middle of ski resorts in Dolní Morava. Beside skiing (you can get to ski resorts "Větrný vrch" and "Sněžník" by walking; by the ski lift "U slona" on the oppossite valley side, you can reach peaks of ski slopes in the ski resort "Sněžník", incl. "Sky Walk" as well as "Sky Bridge"), you can use crosscountry skiing tracks around the peaks of ski slopes, hike and bike tracks, all in the "Králický Sněžník" mountains area. On the side of the Morava river valley where our house is, there is "Klepáč" hill with an observation tower where you can watch all the surroundings of "Králický Sněžník" mountains, incl. the ski resort and Poland. There are crosscountry skiing, hike and bike tracks up to the "Králický Sněžník" mountain. Beside winter activities, the ski resort "Sněžník" provides many other attractions not only for families with kids (down hill roller coaster, ropes in trees, ... ) for the rest of the year.
