Quiet environment with a strategic location, 20 minutes by public transport to the center, 5 minutes from the zoo and 10 minutes from the Brno dam. The exhibition center is 10 minutes away by tram. Beautiful walks around the river, to the lookout tower, sitting in local restaurants, excellent accessibility to the center.
