V okolí je krásná příroda, přitom se nacházíte téměř v centru. Hned za domem je podél řeky cyklostezka, která vede skrz celé Budějovice, park, nespočet restaurací a kaváren, kino, nemocnice. Vše v dosahu několika minut.
