"Modern studio apartment of 26m² for 1-4 persons in a unique location just 80 meters from the renowned Windy Point beach, bike path, and Yacht Club. The apartment is part of a semi-detached house with its own entrance and private outdoor seating in the garden. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, equipped kitchen, wardrobe, dining table, and two double beds. Large balcony doors open to the garden. Features include underfloor heating, outdoor blinds, and frameless doors. Parking, WIFI, a grill, storage for bicycles, strollers, and more. A hot tub (Hot Tub) and paddleboards are available for rent."

"The house is situated in a unique location only 80 meters from the renowned Windy Point beach, bike path, and Yacht Club, surrounded by nature yet close to all sports and cultural activities. It is an excellent base for trips around South Bohemia. Amenities include a hot tub and paddleboard rentals. This is a paradise for fishing, cycling, water sports, beach volleyball, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kiteboarding, yachting, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowkiting, ice skating, and more. There is a freely accessible children's playground by the beach, and during the summer months and weekends in winter, the Windy Point beach bar is open. Wellness is available just 400 meters from the house."
