A stylish holiday cottage is located in a peaceful area near the Slapy Reservoir, within the newly developed Green Resort Slapy. The cottage has a floor area of 75 m² and offers two separate bedrooms with beautiful views of the reservoir and the resort. The property includes a 200 m² plot featuring a wooden covered terrace directly connected to the cottage. Behind the cottage, there is a shed for storing bicycles, paddleboards, and similar equipment. Guests can take advantage of a parking space directly at the property, free Wi-Fi, and garden furniture.

The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of the Slapy Reservoir, making it an ideal place for all kinds of water sports, swimming, mushroom picking, cycling, hiking, and excellent fishing. Swimming options in the area include: Slapy Reservoir, Hřiměždice Quarry, Solopysky Quarry, Občiny Quarry – Kosova Hora, Štětkovice Quarry (Bořená Hora), Sychrov Quarry, Kamýk Reservoir, Papež Pond, Štěchovice Reservoir, Libohošť Pond, Žampach Weir, and the outdoor swimming pool in Jílové u Prahy.
