As of early 2019, the Prague Expat House is a freshly completed project located in a quiet and peaceful section of Prague. We are offering 6 completely furnished luxury apartments for short-term or medium-term accommodation. The area offers family-friendly atmosphere with parking right in front of the house, and window views overseeing the attached garden. Each apartment has a fully furnished kitchen including a washing machine and a dishwasher. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat TV with hundreds of satellite TV channels, and there is, of course, free wifi all around.
Each of the ground floor apartments boasts its own terrace with garden furniture and a grill at the ready. The tenants of the remaining apartments can relax on the garden lawns. Comfortable and secure 24/7 accessibility is provided by access touchscreens and secure codes to each apartment.

The Prague Expat House is situated 8 km from the city center and from the Wenceslas Square and a mere 6 km from the O2 Arena. At your disposal, there are two options of the excellent Prague public transport: Tram 22 that runs through the city center and reaches all the way to the Prague Castle + a convenient BUS stop right near the house / a train station that connects you directly to the Masaryk Train Station in the city center is only 800 m away).In the neighborhood, there is a number of excellent restaurants and bars, and the Vivo Shopping Mall, including a cinema multiplex, is 800 meters away.
