My name is David. I was born in Prague, I live there for my whole live. I love this historical but also modern and never sleeping city in heart of Europe. Therefore It´s a real pleasure to offer fully serviced Prague hotel accommodation and let the people from whole world explore such an exciting city.   I have been working in accommodation services for 20 years. Our company was established in 1996 and since it became well known. Quite place with unique design only 16 km to downtown of Prague (Old Town Square) The studio is located underground so it is very quite and in the summer is very comfortable and thanks to the recuperation is there fresh air.

Neighbourhood information

New part of very old village from 14 century. Large pond is 3 min walk. There is also privat brewery. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street. 3 min walk is a bus station, 10 min by car is underground and big shoping mall, Ikea and more. Electric car charger in the building for little extra charge. Food store Billa 4 min by car and 10 min by walk. Airport is about 15 min by car and 40 min by bus
