After spending 20 years in the Caribbean on our chartered yacht, I decided to offer accommodation at Lipno, a place I have loved since childhood in all seasons. I am delighted to be part of your memories of a beautiful and relaxing holiday. I will do everything to ensure you enjoy your stay with us and want to return.

Property information

A spacious apartment for 1-4 people with a terrace and garden, located just 100 meters from the renowned Windy Point beach, cycling path, and yacht club. The apartment is on the ground floor of a modern house with a garden, which includes a total of 2 apartments with separate entrances. The studio boasts an open-plan layout without a separated bedroom, a large terrace covered with a bioclimatic pergola, outdoor seating, and a grill. The premium equipment, especially the kitchen of the apartment, ensures complete independence. Available amenities include a hot tub and paddleboard rentals. Electric blinds, air conditioning, frameless doors, and more are also provided. Accommodation is set amidst the nature of the CHKO (Protected Landscape Area) and offers countless opportunities for sports and cultural activities. A paradise for cyclists, hikers, sailors, anglers, mushroom pickers, cross-country skiers, downhill skiers, ice-skaters, windsurfers, snowkiters, and more. A wellness center is located just 400 meters from the accommodation.

The house is located in a unique spot, only 100 meters from the renowned Windy Point beach and Yacht Club, surrounded by the nature of the Protected Landscape Area (CHKO), yet close to all sports and cultural activities. A perfect base for trips around South Bohemia. Available amenities include a hot tub and paddleboard rentals. A paradise for fishing, mushroom picking, cycling, water sports, beach volleyball, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kiteboarding, sailing, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowkiting, ice skating, and more. There is a freely accessible children's playground by the beach, and during summer and on winter weekends, the Windy Point beach bar is open. A summer cinema is located 800 meters away, and a wellness center is just 400 meters from the house.
