Elegantly Furnished Apartment Residence Rybná 9 - Old Town is located in the center of Prague - Old Town- just few steps from the Old Town Square. Spacious, boutique Apartments with air-condition, Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services, sound-proof windows, king sized beds with high-quality mattresses for your comfortable sleep and fully equipped kitchens. There is a private garage parking possibility directly in the house ( at an extra fee). The house is located right in the heart of Old City Prague in Rybná street, just a 2 minute walk from the famous Old Town Square. You will enjoy magnificent views from your apartments terraces and balconies to one of the most famous sights in Prague - Prague Castle or St. James Church and the whole panorama of the Old Town.

Neighbourhood information

The location of the apartment is one of the best ones in Prague as Rybná street is the very centre of Old Town Prague. Rybná street leads you directly in 2 -3 minutes on foot to the famous Old Town Square with astronomical clock or in 3 minutes to the Old Jewish Synagogue & just 7-10 minutes to the Charles Bridge. The location is as well amazing by all the infrastructure - there is many restaurants located close to the building with one famous Czech restaurant with arguably the best beer ( called Kolkovna V Celnici ) in Prague located just 200 meters from the entrance. There is a famous theatre and a concert hall located in the nearby building – Obecní Dům (The Municipal House ) – just 150 meters from the building. Shopping centre Palladium - the biggest in the centre of Prague is only 3 minutes walk. Or if you want to relax after long day in the park, there is one smaller park Lannova located just 4 minutes away or one of the biggest in Prague - Letna , just 7 minutes away. Nice places in the immediate vicinity: - grocery store: 24/7 open straight in the building , Albert- just 100 meters – Kotva department store or Penny market Revoluční 7 - the closest local supermarket
