    “Když jsme dostali zprávu, že apartmán je v suterénu, tak jsme se trochu lekli. Ve skutečnosti ale není v suterénu, tedy pod úrovní terénu, ale je přímo přístupný z terénu - bez jakýchkoliv schodů a tedy vhodný třeba i pro vozíčkáře. Je v něm vše...”
