Hello, I am Josef , I live in Prague and I love travelling, sports, books and meeting new people. I am excited to share with my guests beautiful apartments in the very heart of Prague - the Old Town next to the Old Town Square so that my guests can explore the whole city just on foot as all major historical sites are within walking distance from the apartments. I am always as well excited to share with my guests all my local experience to make the stay as memorable as possible. I will be helpful to my guest and will be available all the time to solve any issues that may arise. You can expect my responses very fast so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

Royal Route Residence Lesser Town features 14 newly refurbished and nicely decorated fully equipped apartments. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, king size beds with high-quality mattresses, some apartments come with Air-condition - see the amenities. FREE parking in front of the Residence on weekends , weekdays around 11 - 12 euros per 24 Hours.

Neighbourhood information

The Residence is very central and located at the the border of districts Smíchov and Malá Strana—a hillside area with beautiful views across the Vltava river to the old town. Walk the narrow streets to delicious restaurants and traditional pubs, visit the Franz Kafka Museum, and see the John Lennon Wall. Charles Bridge is 12- 15 minutes walk and Kampa Park and Petřín Hill are both just 4-5 minutes walk. FREE parking in front of the Residence on weekends , weekdays around 11 - 12 euros per 24 Hours.
