The apartment is located in a baroque house in the historic centre of Pardubice. The accommodation space has been sensitively renovated to preserve as many historical elements as possible and yet provide guests with the greatest comfort.
The owner is trying to breathe new life into the historic house with sensitivity to repairs and to preserve the original character of the house as much as possible.
In the immediate surroundings you will find sights that invite you to explore. The Renaissance chateau with a museum, the historic Pernštýnské náměstí, the Church of St. Bartholomew or the newly renovated premises of the Automatic Mills of the architect Gočár are just a few steps away. You can also relax in the nearby Tyršovy sady park or Na Špici park. Pardubice boasts important sporting events such as the Golden Helmet flat track race or the Great Pardubice horse racing festival. For culture you can go to the nearby East Bohemian Theatre or other alternative small venues in the area.
