The newly built cottages have a strategic position literally under the cable car - some 22 seconds from the Kouty nad Desnou resort - ensuring excellent accessibility for skiing, ski alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking or an adrenaline rush in the bike park. Under normal snow conditions, it is possible to ski 10 m from the cottage. The cottages are also only approx. 5 min from Červenohorské sedlo or 30 min. from Lower Moravia. In the garden, there is a luxury wellness house with a large glass sauna and a view of the river Desná, where you can cool down, or lie down in a great rest room with an equally great view of the frozen river!! There is also a swimming pond in the garden. Right next to the entrance to the cottage is the entrance to the spacious heated ski room, where you can leave all your wet ski equipment including clothes and then go to the cottage in just your slippers!
