Property information
The accommodation is the ideal place for all who are looking forward to a vacation with family & friends. With us you get summer and winter the perfect vacation mix of experience and relaxation. The accommodation is located in the valley between the mountains.
The group accommodation is located in a larger building with several units. In order not to disturb the other guests, no parties are allowed. Your area is separate from the other accommodations, so you will have the courtyard with hot tub (wooden whirlpool) and all the premises all to yourself.
For the correct use of the hot tub you will receive instructions in advance. The wood for heating the hot tub you can either bring yourself or buy on site from the neighbor. You will also get the contact in advance.
The accommodation is completely renovated. In other areas of the house, renovation work may take place during the day (until probably November 2023). Due to the spatial separation from the rest of the house, you will not be disturbed by this in normal cases.
Neighbourhood information
The accommodation is located in a quiet village called Unterjoch. In four minutes walking distance, you are in the idyllic village, where there are small village stores and a bakery. You can also pre-order your bread rolls for the next morning by phone the day before. There are also two restaurants within walking distance, where you can enjoy a balanced breakfast or a delicious dinner.
In summer you can start from the accommodation great hikes in all difficulty levels, climbing or mountain biking. For those who want to start right at the top, the Iseler-, Wiedhag-, and Grenzwiesbahnen are reachable in 5 minutes by car.
In winter you have one of the most attractive skiing areas in Germany with 38 kilometers of slopes right in front of your doorstep: the Spießer ski lifts are only 2 minutes away by car and the Iseler, Wiedhag and Grenzwies lifts are also right next door. Those who prefer tobogganing can go up with the Hornbahn and enjoy the rapid descent on 3 natural toboggan runs! Thereby SAFETY is capitalized: According to ADAC test, the three toboggan runs are the best in Germany and rated "very good" in their safety and quality.
