Luxurious design apartment with garden, in the BAUHAUS style of the roaring 20s. The apartment is divided up into: 1 spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dining area and private access to the garden. The bathroom includes a full-size washer and dryer. The living room has a 52 inch Philips Ambilight flat screen TV. And all of this is centrally located. The Gera Zoo and city forest in the immediate vicinity. The historic city center just a few minutes away by tram.

Neighbourhood information

The city forest, zoo and climbing park are all within walking distance. Hiking and biking trails as well. Shops and grocery stores are also very close. The tram stop is a 1 minute walk from the front door.
