It extends over two living levels and is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC, washing machine. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed 1.40 m, 1 x double sofa bed 1.40 m, sofa bed and balcony). The house has electric heating (energy costs according to consumption) and a fireplace in the living room (incl. firewood). A travel cot and a high chair can be provided for small children. Outside there is a furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue and a garage for parking or storing bicycles. The beautifully landscaped property with numerous fruit trees is completely fenced in with a hunter's fence. The total price includes bed linen (if without pets), towels, final cleaning and water consumption. Energy according to consumption. Bartelshagen is a small village in the municipality of Saal between the towns of Ribnitz-Damgarten (approx. 18 km) and Barth (approx. 16 km) just a few kilometres from the Saaler Bodden, part of the Darß-Zingster-Bodden chain.
