The owner, who lives on the ground floor, is usually only on site at weekends. The spacious apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. It has a large living area (sofa set, armchair, desk, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, DVD) with open-plan kitchen (electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area), 2 further bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom (shower, two washbasins, WC). There is also a guest WC in the entrance area. A cot and high chair are available for small children. W-LAN is also available. There is also a covered outdoor seating area with fridge and barbecue, sun loungers, a small children's playground and parking on the property. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water consumption. Electricity consumption is billed on site. Pets are allowed in the fully fenced holiday property. Please note that the holiday apartment is not rented to construction workers/companies.
