The property is located in Hochsauerland in the village of Giershagen. There is sleeping accommodation for 1 to 12 people. Everything is situated on the first floor. The ground floor is an Edeka supermarket. So one should not go far for shopping :-) The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, dishwasher and more. Bakery is located at 100 meters. Larger parking space at 50 meters.
I'm René. Together with my wife we ​​have owned this house in the Hochsauerland for years. Since our children are now out of the house, we have more time for other things. That is why we open our German home for rent. Especially the walking and cycling possibilities are fantastic here, as well as the snow possibilities in the winter in the nearby area.
As soon as you leave the village (200 m) you will find yourself in nature / forests. Hiking and cycling routes run through the Hochsauerland. The house is located in a village, it is extremely quiet in the evenings and at night. In the center of the village there is a cafe (also restaurant possibility), but only open on Fri. / Sat. / Sun. The closest towns are Marsberg / Arolsen / Willingen Ski resort at a 25-minute drive (Willingen) and a 45-minute drive (Winterberg) Diemelsee (large lake with water sports facilities) a 20-minute drive away.
