Company information

If you have any questions, suggestions or if something is missing, just call or send a message. I don't live in the house myself. We are about 15 minutes away. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- 3 of our quiet tenants still live in the house. They know that guests are there from time to time and keep the quiet times. On the ground floor there are two small dogs that sometimes bark when entering the house.

Cozy fully equipped basement apartment in the Alztal (Chiemsee). The 60 square meter apartment invites you to relax or to cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. In summer there are pleasantly cool temperatures here. And in winter you can spend pleasant, cozy hours with the allergy-friendly infrared heater or the Swedish stove. Fast WiFi including Smart TV are available. The fully fitted kitchen also invites you to enjoy your own dishes. Dishes, a Nespresso machine etc. are available. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --------------------- House rules: Please inquire about pets beforehand. Room height max 2m! Please use the slippers provided. Use the apartment RESPECTFULLY! This is a private apartment and not a hotel. Neighbourhood information

A great Italian-run restaurant is in the immediate vicinity and is very popular in town. Daily necessities, bakers, hairdressers, banks and groceries are all within walking distance. An Edeka and Netto are open until 8 p.m. The private parking lot directly at the entrance and a key safe make arrival and check-in very convenient and easy. You are welcome to plan your bike excursions, hiking tours or walks in our beautiful nature near the mountains. Which start right in Tacherting and lead to many great interesting places. In Trostberg, which is 2 km away, you can e.g. Excellent breakfast in the "Cafe Schöne Helene" and should definitely be planned. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------- In the vicinity you will discover a great ice cream parlor, rustic beer gardens and inns. The Chiemsee can be reached in approx. 25 minutes. Salzburg in approx. 50 min. With the new A94 motorway, you can also quickly reach Munich or the Riem exhibition grounds.
