The guest room is in a family house that is currently only occupied by guests and is 1 of 3 rooms that I rent in this house. Both the room and the whole house has a lot to offer for your comfort. Equipment of the room: - bed (1.60 x 2.00m) - Dresser - TV (incl. Amazon Prime Video) - Towels and bedsheets - Armchair Equipment of the whole house for shared use: - 2 bathrooms (shared) - Dining area (used by all guests) - fully equipped kitchen (used by all guests) - 2 large terraces with garden and barbecue (used by all guests) - free parking on the street - Free coffee and tea - Free toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel; Etc. - A washing machine - board and card games; foosball table - and much more

Neighbourhood information

The house is in a quiet residential area of ​​Memmingen. This gives you free parking on the property and along the street. The city center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity. You can park in front of the garages (opposite) or along the street. Please make sure that no entrance is blocked here.
