Freundliche 2-Zimmer-Apartment in einem Einfamilienhaus (Neubau 2017). Ruhige Ortsrandlage, helle, freundliche Wohnung mit freiem Blick in die Allgäulandschaft. Seperater Eingang, direkter Gartenzugang, große, überdachte Terrasse. Optimale Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Radeln, Langlaufen, Skifahren, für Tennis und zum Baden. Das Gebäude ist in konsequent ökologisch und biologischer Bauweise errichtet worden (Fa. Baufritz). Die Gäste schätzen die absolute Ruhe, den Weitblick, die größzügige überdachte Terrasse, die hellen Räume und die sehr hochwertige sowie gemütliche Ausstattung dieses Neubaues. So sind z.B. die Betten und Matrazen aus reinen Naturmaterialien ("Prolana-Naturbettwaren")und sorgen für einen guten und erholsamen Schlaf.
Meine Familie lebt seit Jahrzehnten im Allgäu. Ich bin hier geboren und aufgewachsen. Das hat mich natürlich geprägt und meine Begeisterung für die Berge, den Ski- und Radsport entstehen lassen. Beruflich beschäftige ich mich intensiv mit konsequent ökologisch und biologischen Hausbau. In diesem Bereich bin ich seit 30 Jahren selbständig tätig.
Isny liegt am Eingang zu den Allgäuer Bergen und ist in eine weitläufige Hügellandschaft eingebunden. Sowohl Neuschwanstein, die Oberstofer Berge wie auch der Bodensee liegen in der Nähe. Die Umgebung bietet für sämtliche sportliche Aktivitäten sowie für kulturell Interessierte viele Möglichkeiten. Die regionale Küche ist über die Grenzen bekannt und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Diese Region ist ideal um die Seele baumeln zu lassen oder sich aktiv zu erholen.
