A truly beautiful old building apartment with bright rooms, parquet floors, and large windows. It features two bedrooms, a combined dining and living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a fitness room with a sauna, cross-trainer, rowing machine, and more, as well as a huge rooftop terrace with a lounge and dining area. It’s a place where you can feel completely at ease, like being at home and on vacation at the same time. The building also offers massage services, there’s a hairdresser across the street, coffee shops/bakerys and my bar is located downstairs, open from Thursday to Saturday. I’m always available to assist with any requests you may have.
After years of renting apartments worldwide through Booking myself, I am now offering my beautiful, spacious old-building apartment with a fantastic rooftop terrace as a place to live and feel at home. Additionally, I work as a bartender and am happy to provide you with a special service during your stay.
The apartment is located in the heart of Moosburg and serves as an ideal starting point for exploring Munich (35 minutes by train), visiting Landshut, the capital of Lower Bavaria (10 minutes by train), or discovering Moosburg and its surroundings. For day trips, Regensburg, Deggendorf, Passau, the Alps or the Bavarian Forest are great options – all about an hour - 2 hours away by car.
