Ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet, active and nature-loving guests. The apartment has a rowing boat with bathing ladder, which can be used free of charge, and you can also use your own pedal boats and go fishing. Access to the apartment is via an unpaved path approx. 3 km through the forest. The non-smoking flat, which was extended in 2017 and lovingly furnished while retaining the beam construction, can be reached via an external staircase. It has a large combined living/bedroom (sofa corner, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, double bed; 1.60 m wide) with an open, fully equipped kitchen (dining table, ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave). Various small kitchen appliances) and a large bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. Additionally in the attic (ceiling height 1.65 m); accessible via open space-saving staircase; another sleeping place (bed 1.20 m wide, TV) available. The apartment is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens and blackout blinds/heat protection on the roof windows. There is also a seating area in front of the outside staircase, a barbecue area and car park as well as a bicycle storage room/storage room.
