The 30m ² AnNa Home & Sunny Home 1 room apartments offer a living and sleeping area, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and an open and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, etc.). Both apartments have been furnished with loving attention to detail and nothing was left out: we offer high quality furniture, kitchen equipment, TV and above all very qualitative cotton bed linen by brands like Bassetti; Marco Polo etc. For sleeping you will find a 1.60 box spring bed by Bentley in AnNa Home and by Dieter Knoll in Sunny Home, a comfortable armchair and a sofa bed (both with toppers). On request, a high chair and also a travel cot for children with a mattress can be prepared. The cozy and fine apartments are located in a modern building in very good neighborhood. The apartment building has an elevator and a drying room. We are looking forward to your visit Anna & Nariman
My wife and me (Nariman) we offer holiday apartments in Karlsruhe. Hospitality is very important to us and your happiness is our main goal. We live in the same building and will be at your disposal around the clock. We are looking forward to your visit.
The AnNa Home apartment is located in the very well connected quarter “Karlsruhe-Oberreut”. Close to the house you will find several supermarkets, a pharmacy and restaurants. Furthermore there is a bigger forest sector and several fields which are perfect for jogging or walking. You can reach downtown Karlsruhe with two bus lines (50 & 51) or with the tram n°4 in ca. 10 – 15 minutes. All stations are very close to the house (8minutes walk-Google maps). The highway is 5 minutes away (by car) and the exhibition centre “Messe Karlsruhe” is ca. 5 km far away (by car) but can be also reached by bike very easily trough a nice wood.
