The 2.5 room city apartment ALEX F **** / DTV with 58m² on the 1st floor of a modern residential complex is fully equipped. Large south-facing balcony / terrace, elevator, underground car park, bicycle storage room and free WiFi are of course available. Ideal for two people. (Maximum occupancy 2 people and 1 child up to 2 years in a travel cot) Right in the middle of the "New Center" of Überlingen Located above the historic old town - this is where the "New Center" of Überlingen with modern residential and commercial buildings is being built. Beverage market right in the house, large grocery store, bakery and pastry shop / cafe in the immediate vicinity and about 10-15 minutes' walk to the promenade and lake.
We do not live on site and have no reception, so we should arrange a fixed time for a personal handover or you can use the self check-in with a key safe at the underground car park entrance. We are at your disposal at any time with tips and information by phone.
Überlingen is the ideal starting point for all sights around Lake Constance. Located directly on the lake and with a beautiful old town.
