Property information

This penthouse apartment is located in the heart of the spa town of Bad Ems, with a unique view over the spa park and the roofs of the city. The apartment is on the 4th floor and can be easily reached via an elevator. The occupancy can be chosen from 1 - 4 people, we can also provide a baby bed.

Neighbourhood information

The building is located in a 20 km/h zone and directly in front of the Bad Emser Kurpark. Restaurants and shopping opportunities are within walking distance. The Emser Therme can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The main train station can be reached in 10 minutes. Koblenz is 20 minutes away by train or car. Cologne and Frankfurt are 1.5 hours away by car. Limburg is 45 minutes away by train or car. You can easily get around the area by bike or on foot. Bicycles can be safely stored in our bicycle room. Parking is possible in front of the door on Römerstraße; on weekdays a parking permit is required until 6:00 p.m. The parking ticket can be booked at a parking machine or via the Easy Park app. Video-monitored parking garages are also available nearby, for example on Garbenstrasse or in the Emser Therme parking garages
