I live alone, or with my partner and my two little French bulldogs in one of our beautiful little homes. Among other things, in this apartment. I work independently in the field of real estate, I am sociable, socially acceptable and easy to care for. I love it neat and clean, it does not have to be a luxury, but fine. I am happy if you are my guest and think the same or at least similar and act. Am always available for my guests and looking forward to an open and honest cooperation. Property information

My completely furnished accommodation is on the 4th floor of a multiple dwelling with elevator. Public transport, restaurants, parks, zoo, supermarkets, you will find at the door. To the city center you need by car about 5 minutes, to the airport Dusseldorf about 20 minutes. You'll love my cozy one-room apartment because it offers everything: rest, peace, life, green, outdoor seating... My accommodation is good for business travelers, adventurers traveling alone, as well as couples, furry friends are also welcome. Unique because of the good, central location, the large balcony with great views of the neighboring villas, that you can reach everything within walking distance and dream with an accompaniment on the 1.50 m wide sofa bed.

Neighbourhood information

You live here in one of the best areas of Krefeld. In the neighborhood you will find everything you need for daily life. Everything works without a car. The train drives in front of the door. Numerous parks and excellent restaurants are nearby. The tram stops right outside the door. Buses are numerous. To the motorway A57 to Neuss / Cologne you reach in about 5 minutes, to the A44 to Dusseldorf / Mönchengladbach in about 15 minutes. To Dusseldorf airport you need about 20 minutes. Free public parking available.
