Boutique apartments with balconies near Vauban

Located in the district Vauban in Freiburg im Breisgau, V7 Boutique Appartements offers accommodation in an award-winning design house, just a 10 minute tram ride away from Freiburg`s shopping mall in the heart of the city. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Every apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area. A coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and a microwave are available. After a long day of sightseeing you can relax in front of a 40-inch flat-screen TV or listen to music on a CD player and a radio. All units come with a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Ironing facilities, as well as bed linen and towels are provided. Some units even offer a south-west-facing balcony. A front desk and a bakery with breakfast service (for a surcharge) are also part of the building complex. Directly in front of the house there is a tram station, from where guests can reach the main train station in less than 15 minutes. Parking spaces in the underground garage with charging station for e-cars on site is available for a fee. Freiburg`s surroundings including the beautiful Black Forest are popular for hiking, cycling and winter sports. Plan a visit to the Europapark theme park only 40 km away and easily reached by public transport.

V7 Boutique Appartements is a brand new complex of 30 holiday apartments, offering unique, modern and high-quality accommodation. Whether you are travelling to Freiburg as a couple, family or a group of friends, the cozy and comfy interior of our apartments invites you to settle in and feel at home. All of our apartments are fitted with a fully-equipped kitchen which our guests can use to plan and cook their own meals. The building also comprises a local bakery, from which guests can buy delicious breakfast pastries and coffee. The apartments are situated in the green, eco-friendly area of Vauban. In order to promote sustainability for our environmentally-conscious guests, we offer a charging station for E-cars and E-bikes. Come and experience our unique concept for yourself and enjoy the relaxing ambience of V7 Boutique Appartements.

Neighbourhood information

The city of Freiburg is situated in the warmest region of Germany, surrounded by vineyards and the famous Black Forest. Freiburg boasts an environmentally conscious mayor, the production of internationally successful solar manufacturers and an active community of anti-nuclear activists. Little wonder then, that Freiburg has been given the world – recognized moniker of “Green City”. Furthermore, the majority of the 220,000 inhabitants choose to get around by bicycle. Quick and easy travel is not only limited to the city centre; the French border is roughly 20km away, and the Swiss border only 60km. Besides its iconic gothic cathedral the Freiburger Münster and its Bächle (small canals in the city) Freiburg offers a wealth of cultural attractions, such as theatres, concerts, museums and historical structures. Moreover, the striking and famous Black Forest is just on the front door step. One can enjoy the scenic heights of the Schauinsland with just a short cable car ride. The city centre – one of the first car-free city centres in Germany – is perfect for strolling, exploring and of course shopping. Numerous cafes and restaurants offer both regional and international specialties.
