The Traumblick apartment will be completely renovated in March 2023 and the whole apartment will be equipped with new beds and new sofas, dining area, desk, etc. The apartment can accommodate up to 14 people and has a separate entrance spread over 2 floors. The accommodation on the 1st floor consists of a large and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 10 to 14 people and a cozy living area with a big sofa 300x130cm (for one person to sleep), flat screen, both two beautiful bedrooms with box spring beds and balcony access (1 bedroom for 3 people has a sofa bed 106x200), as well as two bathrooms with shower. On the 2nd floor is a very nice second living area with a beautiful view of the mountains and a large sofa bed 200x200cm with flat screen, as well as an area with a desk. Two bedrooms with box spring beds and a sofa bed each (103 x 190 cm) and a very nice, large bathroom with bath and shower/toilet. A fully furnished balcony with a beautiful sunny view on the 1st floor. And a furnished balcony on the 2nd floor. You can use two parking spaces at the house and the WLAN free of charge. In the accommodation there are still fees of the tourist tax/person/night.

Right outside the front door you have the opportunity for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing. They can be reached in about 2 - 10 minutes by foot/drive. Ski lift and ski rental about 7 minutes walk from the house. Ettal Abbey and the cheese dairy can be reached in about 6 minutes by car. You can reach the Wieskirche in about 20 minutes by car. Neuschwanstein Castle can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. Linderhof Castle in about 20 minutes by car.
