Modern and comfortable apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea from morning to night. The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of an open kitchen-living area with dining area and exit to the large balcony / terrace. There is also a bathroom with a rain shower with steam bath function and underfloor heating. A television with Blu-Ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity provide entertainment and a bioethanol fireplace provides cozy warmth. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a flat screen TV. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached by elevator. There is a parking space available for you. Binoculars can be borrowed from our service office. Since this is a series with several identical apartments, the furnishings can vary. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
