This is my 2022 completely renovated and refurnished 1 room apartment (20sqm) for 1-2 people! - Flexible living, work or vacation - Central location in Stein - everything within easy walking distance! - Parking possibilities - parking lots as well as a favorable multi-storey parking lot nearby - Direct connection to the public transport network - Pet friendly - feel free to bring your pet! I offer you a fast and uncomplicated access to the apartment - through SELF CHECK-IN! The bright living room looks stylish and cozy. Here you will find a 140 x 200 cm bed for relaxed sleep alone or cozy for two, as well as a closet, a 43 inch TV and a work desk with 32 inch monitor. Kitchen: microwave and oven, refrigerator (with freezer), small appliances. Modern bathroom: In the modern bathroom with are a shower, hairdryer and much more. Basics: vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Special service: free Nespresso capsules Technical equipment: 100MB/s WLAN - 43 inch TV with cable connection and Fire TV Stick, 32 inch monitor

Top location in beautiful Stein Stein is considered to be a perfect link between untouched nature and the attractions of the metropolitan area around the city of Nuremberg. Directly around the corner you will find numerous shopping facilities (BioMarkt, Lidl, Steinforum, etc.), a bank (Sparkasse), a pharmacy and restaurants (Italian, Greek, kebab, etc.) for any needs. Sights are very easy to reach due to the central location. It is not far to the main train station, Nuremberg airport, trade fair and Erlangen University. In addition, there is a wide range of leisure activities in and around Stein: art & culture - nature & animal - sports & fun. There is something for every taste.
