Best address near the river 'Isar', high living standard and recreational value. All historical sites very close. Deutsches Museum - Munich Philharmonic - the Bavarian State Opera - the Bavarian National Theater - Gärtnerplatz-Theater - the legendary Viktualienmarkt - everything is reachable by walking.
