The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: Sleeping Area: A cozy French double bed (140x200 cm) guarantees restful nights. We provide hotel-quality bed linen. Living Area: A comfortable couch invites you to relax and can be converted into an additional sleeping space if needed. Mood-enhancing ambient lights allow you to set the atmosphere to your liking. A smart TV provides entertainment and modern conveniences. Workspace: A desk offers you a pleasant spot for mobile working. With DSL 100, a fast internet connection is ensured. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need – stove, oven, dishwasher, and more. How about a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the modern coffee machine? Bathroom: The newly renovated bathroom features a beautiful shower and a convenient washer-dryer. High-quality towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. Balcony: Enjoy your coffee on the cozy balcony. Storage: A practical closet provides space for your luggage and includes an iron and ironing board. Parking: A duplex underground parking space directly at the house is available free of charge. Please note the maximum vehicle dimensions (Length: 5 m, Height: 1.6 m, Weight: 2.0 t). Due to the height restriction, this parking space is not suitable for SUVs or vans. Check-In: We use a digital access solution, so you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM and check out independently by 10:00 AM. The location of the Bella-Bene studio apartment in the eastern part of Pforzheim is very central: the city center and the main train station are just a few minutes' walk away, and there are restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. A beautiful green area along the River Enz invites you to go for a walk. A duplex underground parking space is available directly at the house. This is not suitable for SUVs/vans due to the height restriction.
