Just a few metres from the Baltic Sea, directly at the 'Port Olpenitz' sailing and sports boat harbour, lies the lagoon-like peninsula to the south of the Schleim estuary. A small private beach belongs to the houses. It is also not far to the kilometre-long sandy beach, which is supervised by the DLRG, all the way down to Schönhagen. The houses are furnished to a high standard: the combined open-plan living and dining area is located downstairs. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom, in which a large corner bathtub with massage jets invites you to relax. A special highlight is the private sauna (with window) on the top floor, right next to the large roof terrace!
