Renting my 19 square meter bedroom in a 80 square meter flatshare (2 bedrooms) in Berlin. Sometimes, exceptionally I might rent the entire flat (4 people max). The bedroom and living room have south west light exhibitions. The flat is in front of the canal Maybbarufer / Kiehlufer in Kreuzberg / Neuköln. 2 bus stops at Lohmühlenplatz: Bus 194 and Bus 171 are 50 meters of the house Otherwise bus 43 is 10 min walk Schönleinstrasse metro stop is 20 min walk distance from the flat. The flat was renovated and is fully equipped with Kitchen, bathroom, living room. There are many storages in the entrance and in the bedroom for your belongings.
I am French, product manager in E-Mobility world. I tend to have a busy schedule and I am often away, but happy to have a coffee.
The flat is in front of the canal Maybbarufer / Kiehlufer in Kreuzberg / Neuköln. All the trendy restaurants and bars are less than 10 min walk from the flat.
