Today, holiday homes and flats should be more than just a colourful mix of rustic oak, beech veneer and tiled tables. I therefore planned each of our flats individually and designed them the way I would want them myself - modern, stylish, functional and with great attention to detail. It often took a third attempt at the wall colour before it matched the armchair perfectly, and some pieces of furniture that were bought with great enthusiasm didn't turn out to be the right thing after all. But the effort was worth it, and numerous fantastic flats have been created. All properties are currently located in Hamelin. However, planning for further locations is already in full swing. The original components (doors, door and window frames, skirting boards) from around 1900 have been carefully restored and blend harmoniously with the contemporary furnishings. The stylish, fully equipped kitchen with large dining area, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso capsule machine and the tastefully furnished bedrooms, one of which has a smart TV, offer the highest level of comfort. The cosy living room with large sofa bed and Smart TV invites you to linger. Characterised by a wooden look and green accents, the flat is just a 5-minute walk from the city centre. A balcony overlooking the greenery offers additional space to relax outdoors. Contactless check-in, free high-speed WiFi and a parking space for small and medium-sized cars directly in front of the building offer the perfect holiday experience.

The flat is centrally located directly on the busy B1/B83. There is a bakery, a hairdresser, a launderette, a pharmacy and a petrol station with bistro in the immediate vicinity. Hameln's old town centre, where there are numerous shops and restaurants, is just a 5-minute walk away.
