Newly built, large, luxurious holiday flats, modern and rustically furnished in a quiet and central location at the foot of the Hochgern, offer you plenty of time for relaxation and recreation or for exploring the Chiemgau Alps. A wonderful mountain panorama awaits you. Numerous mountain biking and hiking tours can be started from the front door. The garden offers you a beautiful, well-tended sunbathing lawn with views of the Hochgern, Hochplatte, Geigelstein and Jochberg. For a cosy barbecue evening, there is a barbecue with barbecue utensils on the terrace in the garden. In the basement there is a 40 m2 leisure room where you can play billiards, table football or darts, and of course there is also a cosy seating area where you can sit together. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge for our younger guests on request. For swimming in summer and enjoying the beautiful summer days, the quietly situated Wössner See with its excellent restaurant invites you. The Bavarian Sea, Lake Chiemsee, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The ski resorts of Reit im Winkl, Winklmoos-Steinplatte and Hochkössen are only a few kilometres away.
