The apartment "City Flair" on the 1st floor is easily accessible by elevator. It is modern and comfortably furnished. Both the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with tub / shower and toilet go off from the hallway. In the living room is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped. You also get here on the cozy balcony, which invites you to relax. The large couch also serves as a sleeping place for the third person.

Due to the central location, there are relaxed connections, perfect for your city trip. Whether tram, train or bus - everything is within a short distance. And even traveling by car is not a problem. In front of the house you can park for free on the public street. The location is not suitable for peace-loving guests. The perfect connection to the means of transport brings with it a certain background noise, which cannot be avoided. The location therefore prefers guests who love the city. The advantage: You have very short distances to get from A to B quickly. Shops are available in the immediate vicinity. Penny, Lidl, snack bars or restaurants are within walking distance. The Dresden center is not far from the apartment. Here you will find the most important sights, such as the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, castle and museums. Embedded by various restaurants you can enjoy every day here. But the area also offers many opportunities for exploration. Saxon Switzerland, Pillnitz, Moritzburg and much more make guest hearts beat faster.
