The building is located in the middle of the city center in Emmerich. The apartment is located on the second floor. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor. The hosts also lives on the first floor, so the entrance to the building and the hallway will be shared. However the kitchen and living room will be solely for the guests. Guests can easily check in to the apartment by entering a code at the door. During your stay, guests will receive a 10% discount at the bakery on the ground floor.
