Located just outside of Herscheid, embedded in the rolling hills of the Sauerland, this large and environmentally friendly holiday home awaits you. Constructed as a CO2-neutral green building, it also has two charging stations for cars. The apartment is perfect for couples and families. The Märkisches Sauerland with its beautiful green landscape is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, water sports (diving, windsurfing, stand up paddle) and winter sports. Regardless of whether you want to do sports, enjoy culture and nature or visit regional highlights such as the Atta Cave, Balver Caves or Altena Castle, the Märkisches Sauerland offers something for every taste. There are various lakes where you can organise day picnics. The lake beach 8 km away is also perfect for basking under the sun. This place is a hub for many attractive destinations like Mini-golf, Alpakahof Blomberg, golf club, sauna village, and many other. Ebbe Mountains Nature Park is just in front of the apartment. You will never feel alone as there are many interesting activities to do and visit here. The modern and state-of-the-art holiday apartment offers its guests plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with seating and a barbecue area. There is a charging port for electric cars, deck chairs, and high chairs for your convenience. The air conditioning will keep the home cool indoors while the central heating will keep the house warm in the cold weather and the bedrooms are comfortable for providing a peaceful sleep. It is not possible to arrive with and park a mobile home! I MPORTANT NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you stick to the specified arrival and departure times. Arrival is between 4pm and 6pm and departure is between 8am and 10am. If these periods are not respected, the owner reserves the right to charge a surcharge.
